There are proper methods for a CEO to disseminate information to shareholders. ALL shareholders. Giving non public material information to a single shareholder is frowned upon by the SEC.
Having made the mistake of doing so, a CEO is required to make that information known in a timely fashion. I believe it might be 24 or 48 hours.
So. Either Miller is not going to do so, or no material information exists. That to me would mean USEI Cannabis has not been given a grower's license as you or he claims.
I'm stating both facts and opinion.
You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
