I think if you really are trying to save investors, we need to understand why they are in debt at all. The business is to provide the up front financing of solar projects that have a guaranteed 25 - 30 years of power purchases at set rates. Owning SUNE should have been like owning a bond. Explaining where the money went is what people are missing. It looks like SUNE pushed the valuable assets to their yieldcos and kept the debt at SUNE. If that's true, that's why investors think the clawback is what's going to happen.

People are in disbelief that the largest solar projects company in the world, that has assets and projects in dozens of countries, is worthless. It's not like the solar projects failed or got nationalized by hostile foreign countries.

The multi-billion dollar question is where did SUNE hide its assets and how many people are going to jail for fraud?
