What is the relevance of that citation? I thought Berman tried to bribe TAUG's CEO with Decn shares to get a merger done?

Is it being implied now that Berman tried to extort the Taug CEO or shareholders Do you have any proof that Berman was involved in an extortion plot or are you just posting random laws?
