Specifically to the Argonne scenario. Questions abound.

We now Know know for sure they had some manufactured batteries. We know they can scale them up to be able to power a drone. S4W was testing with them as D'Couto stated previously and they seem to have liked them.

So why would the Argonne project not just have started up and run and be at least 1/3 the way done now ?

Have they started and are just not updating their website ? or did they get a battery and somehow the scope of the project changed ?

Are they waiting to have an alternate scope updated in round 3 ?

Maybe the project was put off due to a change in scope and a different opportunity, it's all speculation at this point.

I really would like to see a comprehensive update from D''Couto at this time to clear the mud.

It all starts with one positive.
