Southridge will sell anything and everything that they can as fast as they can. If they are getting 30k a month in a consulting contract then they don't care what the price that they sell at it. They are not investors. They are sellers without concern for the overall health of the company. I'm not being critical of their strategy it is just their business model. They correctly know that there will always be more stock but they also know that there aren't always buyers on the other side. You the retail fish are necessary for the Southridges of the world.
