Bernard Samuel.. I see from the other posts that Mr. Winther is obviously working for PLY based on some of the pictures you have seen. What is stopping him from getting a very lucrative consulting/ marketing contract from PLY in exchange for selling them the assets well below a fair market price. In other words, is there any possibility of the major shareholders (Withers, Perlagos) getting compensation other than stock sales, then leaving the shareholders holding the bag. That is my only concern in this asset purchase. Your thoughts???
