I would give out some links that would take me about 5 minutes to gather, but frankly I'm not a fan lazy thinking.

Any able minded person can go to their web browser, go to Google, type in SPAC, then read at least two pages of links, which most come from respected websites.

Then after that, we can have an educated exchange of thoughts on WMIH as a SPAC, rather than exchanging a bunch of mumbo jumbo.

I'll provide one piece of info though.
After one has done the above with regards to SPAC research, then patiently listen to KKR's conference call from last summer I believe, or possibly their 3Q call, it's one of those two, where they plainly refer to WMIH as a Special Purpose Acquisition Company.
