This is not NEAH's battery but one of the two chosen is a Lithium - Metal Battery and this is after evaluating 22,500 ingredients.
This shows NEAH is on the right track.
D'Couto claimed to be exchanging technical information with Argonne about the battery then shifted to attending the SBIR/STTR Technology acceleration challenge to try to get a different grant. Is there a method to his madness ? Has there been a change in his strategy or business plan ?
The other possibility: Did NEAH re-apply to shift SBV money to the fuel cell in round 3 and that is causing the delay of the SBV project in round 2. He only gets $300,000 total for either or both.
Questions abound. Maybe the late SEC filings will show some information. If they are ever submitted, why so late ?
