"non-recurring" income, that could mean it's non-recurring monthly, but could possibly be recurring Annually.

Think of what Pharmacies do today that they didn't years ago. Take Flu shots for instance at $10.00 each, that income is Annual income and "non-recurring" for a monthly basis.

What other types of supplies are only sold annually and not monthly, like school supplies.
