Anyone doing DD on an OTC stock like NPWZ needs to start by carefully reading the SEC filings (or pay their accountant, attorney or financial adviser to read them). If you see any toxic death spirals in the financials, the DD is done right there.

No one should ever put one cent into a long term investment in any OTC company that has issued death spiral financing because the stock is guaranteed to die.

Please help save the earth. It's our only source of chocolate.
