Today we dropped a bit. Don't be fooled! The drop is not coming from anything to do with the company. nothing at all.

How can we know that? Easy---look at the volume---it's about half of the usual. This means there's no heart, no commitment behind the trend. That, in turn, tells us that company-specific performance is not being factored into the equation. That said, then what is responsible for the drop?

Some will say it's the inauguration tomorrow, others---the market is about to dive to unprecedented lows. And there's gonna be a host of other bull-crap offered by pundits, for sure.

What I'm seeing AND ACCEPTING is that nobody knows! But my own personal take is as simple as it gets:

I don't give a damn! Why should I pin my hopes for a rosy future on an explanation? The plain truth is that all the explanations in the world won't change a single thing!

Those insisting THEY have the answers are into stocks for ego gratification as much as anything. But I know all the ego tripping in the world will accomplish nothing for me. I do stocks for my living, not glory. They say you can eat pride but I hope I never paint myself into such a corner---or meet the coroner. lol

ALDW has been a stunning winner for months. We've seen it rise steadily, only to fall a bit as happened today. But so long as volume remains muted, what difference could it possibly make?

If units drop to sub $10 tomorrow, I'd say it's a smart time to add more $$---provided you've got the stomach for some dipsy-doodling. After all, we don't have any ways of predicting the
market's rants that we should expect of anti-Trump factions, pro-Bernie & Hillary subsets, and any other groups determined to have their way.

I'm ignoring this stuff. I will watch the inauguration because it will feel good to witness an important event unfolding in my country. And most exciting to me is that for the first time in my lifetime we've elected a President whose business orientation has enabled his pledged improvement to take hold and root. After tomorrow I look forward to seeing how he executes as pledged.

What this all boils down to is this: We are currently in a bit of a quandary with no reliable compass available. So I wouldn't be committing fresh money until I see more stability. As it happens I'm out of powder so it's moot.

But wait---I'll double the offer---one cow said "Moo!" But two cows? "Moot!!"

There's probably an udder pun in there but you don't really want to read more of this bull.
