I got the Preferred D filing from NV SOS......and

guess what? 5 hours after I emailed the TA and cc'd the CEO (Dick) on Jan 9th, he filed with NV. See the email and notice the time as well as the time on top of the NV filing. It's amazing how fast a CEO acts when he's BUSTED.

I recently invested in ICNB. I noticed in the 3Q filed with OTC last week that they listed 10 Preferred D shares as i/o. According to NV SOS they are no Preferred D shares shown as designated.

Are there any Preferred D shares issued and outstanding? If so, when were they designated?

The NV SOS was closed on Monday Jan 9th because of weather, so the filing date is listed as the 10th, but look at when it was received. 1-9 at 12:50pm. That would be Pacific time. Mine is EST. So Dick moved at lightning speed, (about 5 hours) and got this puppy RESOLVED and submitted to NV. Shareholders are welcome. It was my pleasure to serve them.
