There is zero DD in PRs. None. They are designed to get you to buy the stock they are selling. Someone is on the other end of the trade selling you paper they hope the PR made valuable because there isn't any value in the company. I can just see Rich and the Southridge guys saying "Hey share my olive" and laugh about all the paper they will push. This is the hustle. With all the smart people in the liquor business no one thought to bring out a 60 year old woman to sell wine to other 60 year olds? BiVi! BiVi! Betty White would have been better actually because the kids kind of know her. Is this still in the deal? Me thinks yes. $30,000 a month in consulting services payable to Southridge in stock?
