Trust me I'm right there with you, the US SEC is something I'm learning more about everyday. Im no accountant nor a broker, I'm an engineer. It doesn't take a doctorate to understand whats going on here, its about reading the agreements. Generally like its been mentioned time and time again, people do not "invest" to lose, i.e. Vert Cap. If they're underwriting this deal i am very comfortable holding my multimillionaire position, and ill continue to add as well. The platforms they Vert has their mitts on speaks volumes!!
