My interest has been sparked. Let's discuss this.
You've been playing RMs multiple times over and I have not.
The way I see this being executed is based on the original 8-K FINRA will be provided the financials.
The financials will be released at the same time, FINRA will have approved the RS, super 8-K provided to the SEC, trading halt ticker/CUSIP change all within days.

I guess what I'd like more clarification on is how silence on their part will decrease the PPS. If that's what you're saying?

This I still believe is much bigger than we all anticipate.
