I don't recall it being discussed here previously, but I wonder if the "stop rule" for the PE is a significant RRR that is at least 15%, which is what the trial was publicly stated to be designed to test (in investor presentations). With the number of subjects and events at the 80% IA, 15% RRR should get us to the required p value to stop at that point (by my calculations at least). Anyone heard anything different about targeted RRR?
