$DCAC here is why

here are the rumours:

1) No R/S
2) DCAC goes into disaster reconstruction business
3) in light of (2) they welcomed a new board member specialised in this. He also holds some MJ companies. There was some very good DD on this on this board with pictures of the finding.
Apparently DCAC sold a part of the company to another here. This could indicate a merger.
4) in May 2016 they announced two acquisitions that would bring significant force to DCAC to eventually give them the opportunity to uplift. Timeframe given in the PR! 2017 is within the timeframe
5) Viola is hinting toward crowdfunding, this could mean he has the resources for a buy back. A buy back would be the alternative for dividends mentioned in there filings last year
