You just have a habit of being difficult. Miller made zero contribution to the Company period end of discussion on that. This Board had more to do with our current positive situation than he did. He was the guy who wanted a 100:1 R/S and actually called shareholders and hired an outside firm to convince us to vote for it. Check out his client list, crap companies. As far as resumes are concerned, I worked in management capacities for the same size companies as you did. The difference I started, built, owned my own company and sold it for millions.
