Thanks a lot for extracting this and posting it here. Very interesting. Of course any settlement would involve Cognate paying NWBO so good for NWBO. But it sounds like the new suit slowed down the process. May have been close to settling Yonemura and the 2nd suit. Now maybe depends mostly on what the new plaintiff Wells, wants over and above what has been offered so far to settle with the other 2 plaintiffs. All should mean Cognate would refund more (after giving back the MFN shares) to NWBO as far as I can tell.
