Yes agreed. NWBO is very risky. It is a completely new paradigm a disruptive technology where each treatment has to be personalized for each patient. Big Pharma really does not want to move to a structure where they can not simply mass produce a single pill or injection which is all the same for everyone and charge a lot while it is under patent protection. That is why they were hoping that checkpoint inhibitors would prove more effective . . . but that has not been the case. Cancer is too cunning. It can hide and get around simple defenses.

So absolutely agree DCVAX is risky because it is a completely new approach and technology and even more so because very powerful forces do not want to see it exceed. Unfortunately it may be the only viable treatment at least that we now know of to combat incurable forms of cancer. GBM and other inoperable cancer tumors.
