Why wouldn't VERT who OWNS PixelMags own a majority stake after the merger? After they spent all the time and money to make this deal happen?? This is such old news!

Can we get some real DD here. Like what direction does this Multi Million Dollar Tech Play go once those sexy revenue numbers drop and we up list to the big board. Buyout?? Acquisitions?
