Sure the range bands "indicate" universal stabilization, as you say, but can you tell by looking at the bands that all patients have either improved or stabilized? I'm arguing that your EYE is assuming way too much.

Can anyone with any knowledge of clinical trials and statistics jump in here to confirm Falconer's point? Is it so rudimentary?

How low do the range bars have to go to indicate that there was no improvement?

Would appreciate some input here. From my experience in biotech, bars on graphs are never as clear as they look.

If I am wrong, I'm not afraid to admit it. Good. I've learned.

Surely someone with clinical trial experience here can answer a simple question: Is it enough to look at the clustered range bar line on the graph on slide 29 to know with certainty that all patients have either stabilized or improved?
