my point is that they dont want it to go to 02, theyre talking it up so that people buy in so that they can unload their positions that they created in the 002s
they have figured out that this play has run its course and they cant move it into the 02s, so its time for all of them to slowly get out while their people post amazing company events and fantastical future events
they do that to prop icnb up via newbie buyers, while they exit their positions
then when it tanks back into the 001s, they will play again with a tighter view 001s to 007s, after that, they leave and this thing goes dormant
