Clearmont, you do realize that any mid level manager could have done what you outlined, right? In reality, a mid level manager could have done a lot better. That financing deal is one of the worst I have seen. Anyone could raise that cash for that amount of shares. Anyone. The rest requires googling accountants and lawyers.
