HOGWASH!

Motion to Dismiss was basically denied, or dismissed as moot. If that motion had been granted TAUG would have had to refile the case from the beginning and everything that transpired in Florida would have been lost.

For the 100th time, in the interest of justice the judge transferred the case to New Jersey so that TAUG would not have to start over.

The Motion to DISMISS was moot...the MOTION TO TRANSFER WAS GRANTED!

BTW...this is ALSO INCORRECT...

There is a pending motion from Florida for a six month extension of the original trial date.

The "original" trial date was
"Trial set for 11/7/2016 09:00 AM in West Palm Beach Division before Judge Robin L. Rosenberg"
DANG!!! TAUG is already 2 months PAST the "original" trial date
and by January 24th, TAUG will be PAST the SECOND TRIAL DATE...lol...
"Trial set for 1/23/2017 at 9:00 AM in West Palm Beach Division before Judge Robin L. Rosenberg"

WHO CARES if the trial actually begins in July or MAY???
It's ALREADY BEEN DELAYED...and DELAYED AGAIN!
