If the company announces something Tuesday I would just buy back in. When selling at a profit there is not Wash Sale rule to worry about so it makes no difference to me. I am not going to sit and watch profits disappear while waiting on a PR though.

This company has a strong balance sheet and potentially huge revenues in the near future; dilution and difficulty financing operations are not a problem here.
