So all of the HIRU convertible debt is already in control of Ray Barton

I'm still undecided if I believe that Ray Barton was providing services to HIRU back in 2011, 2012, and 2013 or if those debt Notes were transferred after they were originally created or if those debt Notes were back dated.

That's the problem with dirty shells that have been dark for nearly 6 years. There is no way of knowing what really happened during the time the company was doing no public disclosures.
