EEGI I just received a response from co...

I can say there is no plan for a split of any kind, but really cannot comment on the business just yet. The updated share structure should be posted soon but I can tell you its in the ballpark of 2.5 Bil. it has not increased very much from the period ending Sept 30th, but the debt has been significantly decreased.
