The acquisition happened in August 2016. Delaware Trust Company acquired Trust Business of Law Debenture Trust Company of New York, the WMILT didn't acquire anything!

WMIH's Second Lien Notes are there, that's why WMIH's 8-K!

It's interesting that WMILT acquired a supposedly empty shell. And this was just done in Jan 2017.
