In almost 15 years of investing in penny stocks, I have only seen two of them that turned out to be P&D's that were actually promoted by the management. And I have seen scores of them, perhaps hundreds that were P&D's promoted by UNAUTHORIZED reports made by stock promotional newsletters, and investors who took advantage of their anonymity on the Internet to promote stocks to make the price go up when they wanted to sell, and bash stocks when they wanted the price to go down so they could buy.
And the most interesting part of that is that in the case of VLDI, the efforts of those unauthorized sources who were trying to manipulate the pps to their advantage, has been so blatantly obvious, it cannot be denied by any reasonable person. And Validian's CEO, on the other hand has constantly maintained the same consistent message about his company, and has never made a single effort to actually PROMOTE his company in such a way that any reasonable person could consider his comments to be a P&D effort. In fact, the majority of concerns we have had about VLDI is the LACK of promotion. And the way one can make the claim that he is Dumping is if one makes UNSUPPORTED claims that are not provable by an single bit of ACTUAL EVIDENCE. Opinions, guesses, and false claims do not count as evidence.
It is ironic that Bruce Benn is actually being accused of lying to us because he ISN'T trying to Pump and Dump. That is pretty funny.
