Just catching up on the Docket Entry and Local Civ. R. 101.1(c)

Missed the Posts Yesterday...

Great work in getting to Salvatore P. Tamburo info first absinthemineded.

I was just catching the Docket Entry from email and researched Salvatore, and reading the case with Dickinson.

On a Positive I see in bringing him in from Out of State (Local Civ. R. 101.1(c)) and am hoping for his expertise on:

Mr. Tamburo’s experience also encompasses several other aspects of intellectual property law, including licensing and counseling, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and preparing opinions on patentability, infringement, validity, and enforceability.
