I did my DD a few years ago and discovered that the shell purchaser is an angel investor/venture capitalist.

He had to be seeing something that the rest of us are not.

No one dumps a million into something like this without having a plan.

I can not tell you where the following general info I have came from, but I can tell you that it is accurate because it came from 2 separate sources that do not know each other. Each operates in finance at the highest levels.

Most of us live in the cave. All we can really see are the shadows on the wall.

This is just my interpretation of the shadows with a bit of DD.
