Larry has to pay for the filings soon, look for more dilution.

Larry was able to keep the doors opened.

By doing so Larry was able to keep Mantra alive until the CCCI of BC was completed. The CCCI whose mission is to advance the technologies such as what Mantra has to offer.

By doing so Larry was able to keep Mantra alive to EARN the invitation to present at the Canada-China conference. A conference set up to help technologies like Mantra's obtain funding for advancing the tech to commercialization.

Looks to me like dilution well spent.
