TAUG has FINALLY made their jury demand...
"NOTICE OF JURY TRIAL DEMAND
Plaintiff, TAURIGA SCIENCES, INC. (“Plaintiff”) by and through undersigned counsel hereby files this, its Notice of Jury Trial Demand, and hereby demands a jury trial on all issues that are so triable."

Why they waited so long is beyond me...

I guess we will see if they were a day late and a dollar short?
Or if the jury demand is approved?
