Could someone please summarize the Nokia situation? I am on vacation right now and am unable to follow all the posts. Where do we currently stand on the Nokia situation?

When will the federal court rule on whether Nokia can access the ERICY documents? When will the arbitration panel rule on whether the ERICY settlement should or should not trigger the royalty rate determination?

Also, why did the market view the Tantivy acquisition as a bad thing? And have there been any new analyst reports since the Nokia announcement?
