Bid sitters aren't getting shares because no one, not even VFIN (haha), is selling. I know this because I'm a bid sitter. LOL I am already loaded but can't blame me for trying for more cheapies if someone is willing to sell to me (but they're not). The only people getting shares at this point are those willing to hit the ask. Bid sitters are going to be chasing soon IMO because there aren't many shares left under a penny. I mean there are only 165M shares total (float much less), and it won't take much to lock shares up.
