This is a perfect example of why I think they will eventually approve the EOC committee. SUNEQ wants and should reorg. Not liquidate. Many of these subsidiaries outside the BK process are profitable entities and they got that way due to the SUNE connection and business. They are all interrelated.

I do feel sorry for the judge though, that has to figure all this out in order to protect the common shareholder. Eventually he will get there.
