They have not been given OTC clearance that is what they are waiting on, once they have over the counter sales clearance they will be able to market and stock shelves in the US.

Their products are approved meaning a doctor can prescribe the products to you if they wrote you a prescription. Outside of that you are forced to buy on Ebay and getting the pet version which works just the same as others here have noted.

Ed said that it is looking really good to get FDA OTC clearance on the knee and in-sole products, and is hopeful with the submission of the additional information FDA requested that they will be able to get a decision clearing all products for over the counter sales apart from prescription. While he is hopeful for approval for all products, the knee and in-sole products seems to be what the FDA is willing to give clearance on from that communication.

We will just have to wait for OTC clearance. From our conversation it seems it is either just knee and in-sole or the additional information clears all the products either way it seems that BIEL is headed to a Walgreens near you.
