Key word is mitigate. Did the previous $1M ever materialize into hiring a china team? I missed it if it did. Looks like the money was really funneled to a offshoot of the investment partners group. This is getting driven into the ground to the point it's forcing the company to RS to find room for more selling. This company will keep acquiring toxic debt if they can even if it's mitigated because it is to their individual benefit and the benefit of the company has stopped being the priority.
