I spoke to ED, and whether you believe me or not I will share briefly what was discussed.

They are already FDA approved they are waiting for over the counter sales clearance from FDA, limited to prescription sales. Worst case scenario for FDA clearance based on questions received the in-sole and knee products will be cleared. He said of course they want all cleared, but the query submitted by FDA seems that they are willing to clear those two products, and hopefully the new information submitted would clear all.

Regarding share structure, he said in the past he suggested R/S however it was not considered with the board. He went on to explain there are no talks of R/S taking place anytime soon.
