You're right on. Audited financials can take a long time depending on the availability of the information. Most time they take much longer than anticipated. My firm stopped offering accounting services because it was a royal pain in the ass waiting on the clients.. then they ask you why its taking so long and then the receivables management of such a service is a nightmare. Anyway... don't be shocked if the fins take longer than stated in the 8k. They will come out. SPCL is the place to be.
