Repeating to clarify.
Our problem is not with PP or their lawyers, it's with the lawyers who represent the victims of PP's Ponzi scheme. There is 86 million dollars that they gave to PP to invest, who lent it to us, and now they want it back. PP won't ever see it and Mark Nordlich will never see it .
It's come down to PP's investors, IMSC's investors, the lawyers for both, or (I know this sounds ridiculous)the government in the form of fines even though it should not be considered a sensible way to punish PP. That may not stop the Gov't from taking it.
