PP lawyers and PP don't give a rats arse about paying back anyone, like Shiloh said, it's about keeping them out of jail. If EC did not file it would have been game over. With the 20th giving them rights to sue? Ball game is on.

The judge can bring the two parties together in chambers for a meeting to avoid court and suing. Ya settlements are very rare in cases where one party sues another?

OMG.....

Their will be PLENTY of evidence for a law suit which = settlement.
