FFIEC guidelines on vendor management do not have the force of law. They are only guidelines. You & I both know that. Also, if you have been evolved with the DOD procurement cycle, mission essential needs trumps everything else! The DOD fully realizes the seriousness of the chink in its COMSEC armor with mobile devices broadcasting in the clear.
