Welcome to the world of Pink Sheet Stocks

How is this possible that they allow someone with nothing invested have all the voting power whereas the ones that have hard earned money invested have absolutely no say in the matters of the business?


Awhile back, Conway and the "board of directors" voted to give him a bunch of Preferred shares with 100 votes/share voting rights.

In early 2016, "they" upped the voting rights to 10,000 votes per share. I wrote about it at the time:
