Changing name to The Go Eco Group, Inc.

LIBE just filed a Pre 14C. It states that Conway used his 99.99% voting rights to:

1) Reduce the AS from 10B to 2B

Remember, Brian, when you put out your press release about the changes, this is a reduction of the AS, not a retiring of 8B shares.

2) Change the company name from Liberated Energy to The Go Eco Group, Inc.

IMO, the new name is a bit silly. Where to you put the emphasis?

The GO ECO Group?

Or, as they say for THE Ohio State University:

THE Go Eco Group?

I suppose that in the next couple of days the company will pay Nevada to reinstate the business license and then file the amendment to the articles of incorporation that will reduce the AS.
