Got off the phone with NV SOS......and

they have two filings received Jan 4. They are waiting to be scanned into the system. She said she couldn't tell what they were.

I assume one is the HUGE blah blah blah AS reduction. If the other is the Designation it means ICNB did NOT purchase 51% as described in the quarterly.

And the gagged TA still hasn't responded to my email in which Dick was copied about the Preferred D shares.

Go figure.
