I would be very disappointed if they start using about $750,000/quarter on dividends and not on buying back shares.The problem they have I think is that after spending, what was about $15M on dividends?, they didn't see the share price appreciation they anticipated and they may not be very willing to try it again.They may think when 15 didn't do anything, 3 or 4 will?

With buybacks you not only put buying pressure, but more importantly you get shares out of the hands of people who don't understand that a stock is undervalued.
But I'm honestly still wondering if these management team know or ever heard about share buybacks.
