Do nothing, say nothing, reveal nothing, result? price spirals downwards to the preverbal 8 cents or less.
With the help MM’s, who not only list the stock but take up the slack, accumulate the said 100 million shares needed for absolute majority control and therefore private subscription rights (not the 400 million you claimed lolz)
