thanks NXKK, you have certainly piqued my interest with that info! If any other posters here (maybe Walter or Rick?) are receiving this publication and would like to share the article I'm sure many here would love to see that one!

I still would rather stay Lightwave Logic and do partnering JV's and licensing and royalty agreements, but if they do accept a buyout it better be at least valued at $1 billion which I think works out to around $15/share currently

Also, would hope Lightwave Logic if bought out, could retain rights to the 3rd order materials, and continue on with that development
